Dubai Property Buying Process

Property Transactions can take up to four weeks to conclude.

Property Transactions do not happen instantly, what you see in the charts is the price the units are closing at, the final agreed price, but the sales process may have started weeks earlier. Today’s sold property data may be in fact the agreed selling price of that property four weeks ago.

We hope this explains why property transactions that are closing today may have started life weeks ago. This process may be faster from one developer to another but all the steps need to be covered in this order.  In some cases a Master Developer NOC may also be required like in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).
